What's Included
Two Prenatal Visits (one virtual & one in person)
These visits are all about YOU. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking through your hopes, fears, and vision for your birth. We'll prepare for labor together, practice comfort measures, talk about what to expect, and make sure your partner feels confident in how to support you, too. Together, we'll also create a personalized birth plan that reflects what's most important to you, and I'll provide both printed and digital resources to help you feel prepared.
Unlimited Support Throughout Pregnancy & Postpartum
Questions don't always come up during appointments and babies certainly don't stick to business hours! Whether you're wondering if labor is starting, trying to make sense of a recommendation from your provider, or just need someone to tell you, "Yes, that's completely normal," I'm only a phone call or text away.
Continuous Labor & Birth Support
When the big day arrives, my focus is entirely on you. I'll be there to provide hands-on comfort measures, emotional encouragement, evidence-based information, and steady support for both you and your partner. My goal isn't to help you achieve a "perfect" birth—it's to help you feel safe, heard, and supported no matter how your birth unfolds.
In-Home Postpartum Visit
Once you're home and settling into life with your new little one, I'll come check in with you. We'll process your birth, answer any questions, support feeding if needed, and make sure you're feeling confident as you begin this new chapter. Because support shouldn't end once your baby is born.
Personalized Resources & Education
No two families are the same, and neither is the support I provide. Throughout our time together, you'll receive resources, education, and guidance tailored specifically to your family's needs, preferences, and birth goals.

Some families already have the support team they feel confident with, while others desire the privacy and intimacy of laboring with just their partner or chosen support person. This experience is designed for families who want the preparation, education, and reassurance of having a doula alongside them—without in-person labor support.
Think of this as having a doula in your back pocket throughout pregnancy: someone you can turn to with questions, concerns, and those moments when you need guidance and reassurance.
