4 Hour - The Foundations of Childbirth $175/couple
In this class we will discuss the entire process of childbirth from onset of labor through delivery. How to communicate within the birth space, non-medical pain relief tools and tricks and medical pain-relief options, as well as labor & pushing positions that are available to you in a hospital or home setting.
8 Hour - The Complete Childbirth Series $350/couple
This will be spilt into 2, 4 hour class times.
In this class series we discuss all things pregnancy, nutrition, routine testing, anatomy of the pregnant body and newborn, the entire labor process, non-medical pain management, medical pain options, interventions, and your newborns first few hours.
